all this talk of lewis carroll led me to thinking about professor poopypants. children's lit, i guess? professor poopypants is a children's book character (captain underpants and the perilous plot of professor poopypants, by dav pilkey) who forces everyone to assume new names. to get your new name, take the first letter of your first name and look up your new first name in the first list (below). similarly, you look in lists two and three using the first and last letters of your last name, respectively, to find your new last name. so, for example, alan alda's new name would be stinky diaperhead.
