swing dancing and lab sex

oh, right! i nearly forgot to write about friday night's activities. (and this is entry number 2 for today, if you care.)

friday nights, the penn swing dance club has a fish fry (doesn't involve fish or frying--it's just a dance). the band (philadelphia city rhythm orchestra) was excellent. i wore my pink polka-dotted, 1950s housewife dress. and shoes i had bought for $2 at a thrift store. without socks (questionable decision, i know), so i got blisters (on the tops of my toes, for variety). it was fun, though it's hard to dance with strangers, because they don't know that you know what you know, so you end up doing pretty basic moves and watching the really good people doing the fun charleston and arial stuff. i'd like to take a class and (goal) join a team, so that i could dance regularly with the really good people. hm. dancing, and especially swing dancing, is sexy and innocent at the same time. creative, energetic, close, technical, hot, cool. all in all, a wonderful activity that i need to be doing more of.

karl was staying with me that night, but he says he doesn't dance, so i left him at the lab doing work. i came back to get him about 11:30, and he surprised me with sex on the conference table in the lab. i'm sitting in the lab right now, actually... i was sitting on the table, facing him. he was standing in front of me. nice. quite nice. i had never experience that particular position before. other sitting positions, yes, but a first for this one. and a first for having sex at work. yum!
