- karl and his dad will sit next to each other and pull at each other's arm hair. karl, with his high pain tolerance (but extraordinarily low tickle tolerance, which i tell you so that you can tickle him on the sly next time you see him--it would be a good way to tackle him while he's playing football-by-which-i-mean-soccer) will just watch his dad pull those armhairs til they come right out. richard (dad) screams like a girl (no he doesn't) at the first tug.
- i was not karl's first. i wondered if i might be because some of his answers to some of my questions have been cryptic. e.g. when we were first going out and talking about diseases and whether we had them or not, and he said that he knew he was clean because he had "never had sex without a condom." now, that could mean what it seems to mean, or it could mean that he's never had sex at all and is covering. well, finally last night during a nearly-all-night conversation, i asked him. was i your first? no. i was so relieved. so anyhow, that's news.
- some people are totally mean. i waited on two riot grrrls the other day. you know, vegan lesbians with madonna/monroe piercings and mohawks. their check came to $40.93. they left me $42 in cash. thank you. thank you for that $1.07 tip. i very much appreciate it, and will definitely make rent this month because of it. and no, i didn't give them bad service.
- i think i want this piercing. whaddayathink?
