had that pesky gyn exam today. bleh. you know what i mean... cold metal and rubber gloves do not a fun time make (not in MY book, anyway). some relief, though (not do to the appt, but rather due to life). got my period and am less light-headed than i was. doctor said i shouldn't be worried. healthy otherwise, blood pressure 104/70 even after 3 cups of coffee. i think i'll take her advice and forget the whole thing.

went back on the pill starting today, so as soon as karl and i show each other recent blood-test results indicating no nasty diseases, i can get to experience his uncirc'd-ness properly. yippee! and speaking of the pill, which i was last on several years ago, you now have the option of (for $6.50 including s/h) ordering a decorative case for your pill dispenser. one of the options is leopard print. um, yeah. right.
